## Prime Cash governance parameters

Prime Cash assets are Notional's variable interest rate tokens. Prime Cash assets can be used as collateral in Notional V3. 

Since Prime Cash assets and debts are redeemable at any time assuming sufficient liquidity, no additional risk specific adjustments are made on Prime Cash balances during the free collateral calculation.
